2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Return Window
– You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
– The return period begins when you receive your item
– Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted
2.2 Eligible Returns

– Authenticity Concerns: You have legitimate doubts about authenticity (subject to verification)
– Damaged in Transit: Item arrived damaged due to shipping (must be reported within 48 hours)
– Wrong Item Sent: We shipped an incorrect item (rare, but we’ll make it right immediately)
2.3 Non-Eligible Returns
The following situations are NOT eligible for return:
– Change of Mind: Personal preference, color, or style changes after purchase
– Buyer’s Remorse: Deciding you don’t want the item after receiving it
– Size/Fit Issues: If dimensions were clearly stated in the listing
– Minor Variations: Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings
– Pre-Disclosed Condition: Imperfections or wear clearly described and photographed
– Used or Altered Items: Any item that shows signs of use after delivery

3. CONDITION REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

✓ Original Packaging: All original packaging, dust bags, boxes, and accessories included
✓ Tags Attached: All tags (if new) must remain attached and intact
✓ No Wear: No signs of use, scratches, scuffs, stains, or odors

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Items showing any signs of use will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1: Contact Us Within 14 Days

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
– DO NOT ship the item back without authorization

– Pack securely to prevent damage during return shipping
Step 4: Ship with Insurance
– Ship via a trackable, insured method (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
– You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective/wrong)
– We recommend insuring for full value – you are responsible until we receive it
– Keep your tracking number and shipping receipt
Step 5: Inspection & Refund
– We will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days of receipt

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
– Customer Responsibility: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, not as described, or we shipped the wrong item
– Our Responsibility: We cover return shipping if the error is ours
– No Free Return Shipping: We do not offer free return shipping for change of mind

6. REFUNDS

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the unique nature of pre-owned luxury handbags. Each piece is one-of-a-kind.
If you wish to purchase a different item:
1. Return your original item following our return process
2. Once refund is processed, place a new order for the desired item

8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or with undisclosed defects:
1. Document Immediately
– Take clear photos of the damage
– Photograph the packaging
– Do this within 48 hours of delivery

3. Resolution Options
– Full refund including original shipping costs
– Return shipping label provided at our expense

9. AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

3. If item is found to be inauthentic, we will provide:
• Full refund including original shipping
• Reimbursement of return shipping costs
• Reimbursement of authentication fees (up to $50)
False Claims:
If professional authentication confirms the item is genuine and your claim was unfounded, you may be responsible for authentication costs and return shipping.

10. CANCELLATIONS

11. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We ship all orders with tracking and insurance.
Package Shows Delivered But Not Received:
1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
2. Verify delivery address in your order confirmation
3. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
4. Contact us – we will assist with carrier claims
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
For high-value items, signature confirmation is required.

12. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

14. RESTOCKING FEE
In certain situations, a restocking fee may apply:
– 15% restocking fee for returns due to buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

– No restocking fee if return is due to our error
